What an amazing day at DHS for the Empower Her Conference! Hats off to Molly Tomlinson, Assistant Athletic Director, who created this event. Thanks to all of the assistance by DHS Athletic Department and volunteer speakers, coaches and the student-athletes who came from near and far to participate in this inaugural event on their day off from school.

🏅Scott Friedlander Named Regional Coach of the Year! 🏅

CONGRATULATIONS to DHS Cross Country & Distance Track Coach Scott Friedlander (and DHS alum) on being named as Regional Coach of the Year!

Coach Friedlander was selected from over 500 applicants! He is revered for making a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of athletes on and off the course/track/trail! DHS Boosters are so proud for Scott to receive this well-earned recognition.
