Incase they haven’t reached out yet - the Spokane Stadium took the unprecedented step of canceling today’s game due to air quality conditions. I know they are rescheduling tickets if possible I’d like to suggest that our Tri-County families consider one of the future firework nights or a family feast night date to come in and watch a game. Having been to both of those types of games in the past I can personally say they are super fun for kids make great memories. Tri-County Little League will continue efforts working with Hunter and his family to possibly meet up in the future. We’re sorry the game has been cancelled please let your Little Leaguers know we cannot control the smoke - but it’s probably best for everyone’s health to stay home today.

GAME DAY UPDATE: Due to a scheduling change outside of our control Tri-County Little League is letting you know as soon as possible that we were just informed that past Tri-County Little Leaguer Hunter Dryden will unfortunately NOT be pitching today. He will still be at the game today and there is still the possibility we could still see him at the end of the game, but he will not be pitching as previously scheduled. Please check your email ASAP for more details. It still should be a fun game down at the Stadium this afternoon and we hope those who have purchased tickets still choose to join us.

Tough Loss for the Snohomish girls yesterday to Florida - it just seemed like their momentum was never recovered after the lightning break. But they still return home to Washington as heroes to hundreds of little league softball girls! Congratulations on your run! The rest of the rest teams that survived yesterday advance to the semifinals as games continue today - are you still watching at home? It’s still going to be a great World Series! It’s the bottom of the third and the score is 0-0 the Snohomish girls are battling Florida again and showing up tougher in this rematch!!! If you have ESPN I highly recommend tuning into the game!!

WASHINGTON WINS AGAIN!!! Guys - the Snohomish girls are telling the world they aren’t done yet! They play game 17 of the Little League Softball World Series against the loser of the Florida vs North Carolina game next Friday at Noon PST. Link to this last Full Game on YouTube in the comments!! SNOHOMISH WINS!!! WASHINGTON STATE WINS!! (Check our fb page for a link to the full game on YouTube if you missed it). The girls won during a rainy game 🌧️😉 and you know they got that covered!

Fun Fact about the Snohomish girls - nearly every single player on their team has an active Club Ball obligation they are forgoing for the spring/summer to take their Little League Charter and Washington State to the Little League World Series. Balancing both Club Ball (Travel Ball) and Little League is challenging but these girls are living their best softball life getting every single ounce out of their Softball youth on the World Stage of the Little League World Series! They will play again August 5th at 1:00 pm EST -> so 10:00 AM our time against Canada!!

WHAT AN AMAZING GAME!! 🌲 Snohomish WINS!!! WASHINGTON STATE WINS!! The girls survive and advance! 🥎 Here is the link to the full game on YouTube incase you weren’t tuned in and watching at 7:00 am this morning.

Softball parents (and baseball honestly). This is a great game to watch with your softballers at home, full of action, great pitching, great plays, and some **FANTASTIC sportsmanship** on display between these two teams - also some challenges that allow the viewers to really see the breakdown of a play - good hitting too, way to represent Washington!! They will play the winner of the Italy vs Canada game next!
