📚🚑 We’re so excited to be invited by the Stonington Public Library to take part in Story Hour! On Saturday, September 13th at 10am our crew will read some stories with the kids and then invite everyone to explore the ambulance.

It’s going to be a fun morning of reading, learning, and meeting our community’s helpers — we can’t wait to see you there!

We could not be more excited to have Memorial Ambulance Corps join us for our next Second Saturday Story Time on Saturday, September 13th at 10 AM!

The amazing volunteers from MAC will start us out by reading a fun story all about what they do, day in and day out, as they selflessly serve our island community. We will then head outside to explore the ambulance itself and get a little hands on experience with some of the tools and equipment MAC uses on a daily basis.

We are so excited for this opportunity to have them with us and hope you will join us!

🩺🎓 It’s official — we have 8 new members joining the MAC team!

A huge thank you to Jackie Pelletier, the Healthy Island Project, Eastern Maine Community College and our newest crew members for their partnership and dedication to this program.

Because of everyone’s combined hard work and collaboration, MAC has set a new standard that will have a statewide impact—making it possible for more people to become EMTs and support their communities.

I may be a bit partial to our crew and this organization, but moments like this make it clear that we have something truly exception on our island🚑

🚑💙 Nothing brightens our day like a smiling face and a sweet treat!

This wonderful young man, Jeremiah, stopped by the bay to deliver some delicious homemade goodies. Thank you, Jeremiah, for your kindness, generosity, and that contagious smile — you truly made our day!
