We are trying a new approach this year for registration of events using Jotform (the information is encrypted for safety). This is to help save time and make the registration forms easily accessible to everyone.
You will need to still pay (either via Venmo, cash or check) -- the last image is the venmo for Deepwater Labor Harvest Picnic.

☆ AGE OF PARTICIPATION:
Wee Queen & Wee King: Pre-K to 3rd Grade
Princess & Prince: 4th Grade to 8th Grade
Queen & King: 9th Grade to 12th Grade
Each contestant is expected to provide a sponsor. This can be a family member, friend or business. SPONSOR FEE is $30 per candidate. You can pay by Venmo, cash or check. If you wish to pay by cash please contact Joann Reavis at 660-869-7348 to arrange for pick up. Please make checks out to DLDP.
If you pay by Venmo please make sure to say it is for the Royalty contest sponsorship.

Applications & Sponsorship Fees must be turned in by Saturday, August 15, 2026.
Interviews and Judging will be on Saturday, August 22, 2026 at 10 A.M., at the Deepwater Picnic Building.
Crowning will take place Friday, September 4, 2026 at 6 P.M., on the stage (across from the picnic building).
Judging will be based on appearance, personality, poise, communication and talent. Talent examples are reading, singing, poetry, demonstrations, gymnastics, etc.
The judges decisions are final.
Please provide a photo of your contestant and a small write up to be submitted to the newspaper.
You are responsible for providing your own vehicle and driver for the Grand Parade on Monday, September 7, 2026. You will need to register for the parade north of the horse shoe arena before hand.
