We’re hosting our annual hog roast dinner TONIGHT, May 9th, at the Lowry City American Legion Building from 5–7 p.m.

$12 per plate — dine‑in or grab a to‑go box!
All proceeds support our Lakeland FFA chapter.

St Clair County Farm Bureau sponsored an educational project for our 2nd grade class. Laila Jefferson, Madison Hughes, and Addison Meeker read a book and explained the importance of the Corn Crop to our food supply. We got Bugles as an extra fun snack!

2026 State FFA Convention

The Lakeland FFA competed hard and represented our chapter well at the state level.

Kaylie Noakes and Emily Neuenschwander received their State FFA Degree

• Dairy Foods – 10th place, Gold Rating
• Nursery/Landscape – Silver Rating
• Poultry – Silver Rating
• Dairy Cattle – Silver Rating
• Ag Mechanics – Bronze Rating
• Soils – Bronze Rating
• Forestry– Bronze Rating

A special congratulations to Emily Neuenschwander, Ali Taylor, and Maddie Wilkins who earned a Gold Rating individually!

Emily Neuenschwander was a finalists for her Food Service Proficiency.
