Looking for individuals and/or businesses that would be interested in a monetary donation to help cover some propane repair expenses for the Deepwater Labor Day Picnic building. We're working to keep some heat in the building for a few building rentals we have coming up as well as a couple of events we have been working on. The propane hasn't been used in quite a few years and some things are being replaced. Thank you for considering being a helper! Please comment below for information.

Next event!!! DEEPWATER'S 1st Annual Turkey Shoot...a fund raiser for the Deepwater Labor Day Picnic...t-shirts available thru https://www.facebook.com/ajsdesigns24?mibextid=2JQ9oc There will be a breakfast from 8 to 10am and then lunch items served from 11am until 2:30pm or we run out!! Will post the menu later!

Thank you to all the sponsors and the community for coming out to support the 121st Labor Day Picnic ... This was another year for the record books with great attendance...
Car show with 150 entries. Sell out crowds for 2 of our food vendors... next year we will adjust ... Petting Zoo that was a success especially with the kiddos in the community. Great music all three days with a live gospel band on Sunday and the NO Name Band playing Monday... awesome DJ Parties Saturday and Sunday evening. Great turnout for the Wee Pageant plus the older Royalty groups.. not to forget the Baby show either.

The work was hard and the effort worthwhile by the Picnic Board -

Our friends and family that stood by us and helped out with much of the fun... I'm sure I can say just how grateful we are to each and everyone of you.
