DIY your own plaster molds! Learn how to make: a small one-piece mold from a bowl, cup or plant pot for slip casting; press molds, slump or drape, and a damp box which extends the working time of clay pieces.

What to bring: Ideal models for molds should be made from thick clay in a leather-hard greenware stage or plastic objects. Models cannot have undercuts for this workshop. If you wish to create a damp box, bring a plastic storage bin with a snug-fitting lid. No plaster experience necessary!

Tomorrow at Mother Brook: Life Drawing.
Join us Wednesday, June 10 from 11am–1:30pm for an open life drawing session in Studio 11.
Artists will draw from life with a n**e or partially clothed model. Bring your preferred materials. Wet and dry media are welcome, with odorless solvents only.
Space is limited to 10 attendees, and pre-registration is encouraged.
