Horse and Soul Ranch Mission Statement:
Where Hope and Healing Meet. To inspire and empower people affected by any sort of abuse or trauma with the help of horses.

Horse and Soul Ranch, which is also an independent contractor under Freedom Horses Organization which Dallas Foundation for Women is their umbrella. I have been selected to be one of the three testing sites for this program. Two of which are located in Texas and my site which is located in Winneshiek County, Iowa. This is a unique program which is geared toward helping make a difference in the liv

es of survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and other violent crimes through the way of the horse. It will help survivors to gain courage, compassion and confidence. It is a volunteer based program. Which the client will have an opportunity to enjoy equine friends and activities to help them become a strong survivor and not a victim. No person will be turned down from this service. The Horse and Soul Ranch is dedicated to make this program happened but we need your help and the help of the community to make this a successful program. Your donation will help with insurance for the site, helmets and safety equipment for the clients, transportation to and from the site for those that are unable to afford it, and care for the horses that will be used in the program.
