Deckerville DCDC

Deckerville DCDC Deckerville Community Development Corporation (DCDC) is a nonprofit organization to enhance and decelope the Village of Deckerville. All are welcome!

Meetings are held the 3rd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm, 3476 Main St, Deckerville. The Deckerville Community Development Corporation (DCDC) is an organization that has been in existence since 2000. The DCDC is made up of business owners and citizens interested in bringing life back to Deckerville. The DCDC has, over the years, purchased flower pots, flags, signs, etc for the Village of Deckerv

ille, as a way to help beautify the area. We coordinate different festivals as a way to bring people into our beautiful village. We meet on the 3rd Thursday of each month to discuss thoughts and ideas to bring people and business back to Deckerville. We are always looking for more members and membership enrolment is always open. Our meetings are open to anyone who wishes to attend. You do not have to be a member to take part in meetings, be on a committee, share your ideas or have your voice heard. However, only members may vote on decisions that require action. Sounds of the weekend:

Friday night the volume will be throttle open with the engines of tractors and trucks at the annual tractor pull.

Saturday afternoon the band. XOXO will provide pop and rock hits for all ages from 1-4pm. Be prepared to get your groove on.

Saturday evening 360 Entertainment will play all your favorites from 7:30-11:30. Get your play list ready to request all your favorites and dance the night away.

At dusk the annual fireworks will set off with a bang!

It truly takes a village, and ours is pretty darn special ❤️!

Tonight, in the midst of those much needed rains, we conquered setting up Wilson Park for our homecoming events. We could not have gotten this done without the muscles and the memories of our Deckerville Fire Department, Danny from Larry’s Refrigeration, Lance Stolicker (and family), and our fellow DCDC members. THANK YOU for being a part of our village!
