📣WTLW Wednesday - Rodeo Week Edition📣
We're excited to see you this weekend for the last spring rodeo! Please read to the end so you don't miss important info.
👕This is a t-shirt rodeo. Contestants may compete wearing any official WTLW t-shirt.
📝 Daysheets...please review carefully and let us know ASAP if any corrections need to be made. Print your own copy if you want one. We'll do our best to post an updated version (if there are changes made) on Friday evening.
💲All sponsorship and raffle ticket money is due before the barrel racing begins this Saturday, May 30.
🎫The raffle drawing will be held immediately after tie-down roping and before barrel racing begins. Winners do not have to be present.
👷This weekend is your last chance to get your spring volunteer requirement met (per contestant, not family) to qualify for finals, or you can pay a $100 opt-out fee. We appreciate all the help so far this season. Many hands make light work!
👕T-shirt/sweatshirt orders may be picked up Friday night or Saturday. Felt back numbers may also be picked up.
🧢A limited number of WTLW ball caps will be available for purchase this weekend.
🧥This weekend is your last chance to try on the finals jacket samples for sizing purposes AND to fill out the order form. If you ***THINK*** your child/contestant will qualify for finals, fill out a form. We can always delete an order, but we cannot guarantee the vendor will have inventory if we need to add to the order.
⛪There will be a female-only devotional and prayer at 8pm on Friday night at the arena. All girls and ladies are invited and encouraged to attend.
🙏Lastly, we (the WTLW Board) consider it a true joy and privilege to work with and support the members and their families in the sport of rodeo. We appreciate your encouragement and suggestions for improvement as well.
