This Christmas, Jada’s Light of Love Foundation wants to spread a little extra love, light, hope, and joy to our Sickle Cell Warriors! ❤️✨ We will be putting together Christmas Care Packages for our warriors, and we would love the opportunity to bless as many children as we can.

The time is almost here! Our 2nd Annual Sickle Cell Gala is more than an event—it is a night dedicated to awareness, education, remembrance, celebration, and HOPE.

On September 12, 2026, we will come together to honor our sickle cell warriors, remember those who have gained their healing, and celebrate the strength of the families, caregivers, advocates, healthcare workers, sponsors, and supporters who continue to stand in the gap.

Take a look at the difference. A normal red blood cell is round, flexible, and able to move freely through the bloodstream. A sickle cell is curved, stiff, and can block blood flow—causing pain, organ damage, fatigue, and other serious complications.

But behind every “sickle cell” diagnosis is a REAL PERSON—a warrior who fights battles that many people cannot see. 🩸❤️

This Sickle Cell Awareness Month, let’s do more than wear red. Let’s learn. Let’s listen. Let’s advocate. Let’s support.

To every sickle cell warrior: Your pain is real. Your fight matters. Your life matters. You are NOT alone. ❤️🦋

I have had a few families from Columbus reach out to me about the event. In our conversation they let me know either they have sickle cell or their child. Didn’t know such events goes on in the community like this. After we talked-tickets was bought🙌🏾
Continue to share these post,conversate with family and friends and communicate in the public bc while your talking to one person there’s always a listening ear on the other side trying to hear what’s going on. Then we will have a community joined together to support,advocate and make a impact. Not only this month for sickle cell awareness but everyday we can break silence on this illness.
