We are incredibly honored and grateful to announce that Maple Villa has received a $30,000 grant from the Future of Decatur Foundation to begin our remodeling phase.

This funding will help us start to replace the original 1977 carpeting with new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the apartments.

This is just the first step into a larger vision. Already in motion: updated heating systems, fresh paint, and walk-in shower designs as we continue re-building a cleaner, safer, and more welcoming place to call home.

Maple Villa’s next chapter is officially underway, and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who believes in the future of this community and the original vision we are working so hard to restore. ❤️
