👩🏽🍳🌱 We successfully launched our first Chefs Club cooking class, kicking off our seasonal culinary training series!
Participants got hands-on experience preparing Savory Sautéed Tri-Greens while learning essential kitchen skills, food preparation techniques, teamwork, and the value of seasonal cooking in a supportive and welcoming environment.
The class featured locally sourced ingredients, including fresh produce from Global Growers and other minority-owned farms, helping participants connect culinary skills with local food systems and seasonal eating.
