Dala Dance Company doing an homage to our dearly departed Megha Gavin , Liz's teacher and dance company director. Megha was one of the most instrumental influences on the FCBD style and became FCBD Director Carolena's teaching partner.
Liz Malcom was sponsored this weekend by Majda Anwar Qaqish to teach workshops on FCBD ATS format.

Awalim reviving the FIRST Awalim choreography that was written and rehearsed in just 4 weeks to for our first performance at Egyptian Nights in September 1999. This Dragonfly move that is the climax of the choreography was created by Nikki Strickland, one of the founders of Awalim.
