Our annual Decatur Women's Chamber of Commerce High Tea is April 17th! We are looking forward to another fabulous event and the opportunity to hear from our featured speaker, Kim Lewis.

Women’s Chamber had a great March meeting!

Our March Hostess was CHS MedSpa. Thank you so much for the wonderful opportunity to come visit the office, and the beautiful flowers! 🌸

Board member, Beverly Johnson Henry had a great visit with Maxine at Decatur Youth Enrichment delivering the items gathered this month!

Join us this Friday for lunch! 🌼🌷

Our program will feature Chris & Michele Hendry, Owners of Hailos. While we will not be hosting a spring fashion show this year, you will not want to miss the incredible presentation that Hailos will bring. We are excited to hear from them and learn more about their business and creative vision.

Our March Hostess is CHS MedSpa. Thank you so much!

For the month of March, we will be supporting Decatur Youth Enrichment. They have requested the following items:
• Boxes of snack-size chips
• Dish detergent
• Paper plates, napkins, or plastic forks and spoons

As always, if you would prefer to make a cash donation, there will be a collection box available at the sign-in table, and items will be purchased on your behalf.

We have a fantastic program planned for our next DWCC Luncheon on Friday, February 20th at Noon at Burningtree Country Club.

Our speaker will be Kim Saafiyah, Owner of Kimmie's Kitchen & Social House-Downtown Decatur - Kim will share her journey as a local business owner and her experience growing a successful community-focused restaurant. We’re excited to hear her story and insights!

We are also excited to share that our February Hostess is HighPoint BrewHouse & Cafe ☕️🤎 this is going to be a BREW-tiful treat!

🧡 Community Service Project:
This month we are supporting Sav-A-Life Pregnancy Resource Center. Requested items include:
• Baby Wipes, Baby Shampoo, Baby Bath Wash or Baby Lotion
• Diapers sizes 3T thru 6T
• Diaper Ointment

If you’d prefer to donate cash, there will be a collection box at the sign-in table and items will be purchased on your behalf. ❤️

As always, we encourage you to invite a friend (or two!) so they can learn more about what we do and hopefully become a member of this amazing organization. 🙌

We had a great meeting last Friday!

Thank you to Yogi Dougher for an outstanding and insightful presentation. It is truly exciting to see the investments being made in our city! Thank you to Rachel Keith, Director of Communications with the Decatur Morgan Chamber of Commerce for your help with the presentation as well!

A big thank you to Erick Pratt, Attorney at Law for being our table host for this month. We appreciate your support and the pop of color added to the table! 🌷

This month for our community service project we supported the CCC- Committee on Church Cooperation. We met with Ashley at the CCC this week to drop off the donations and supplies gathered!

Please ask us how you can be a part of this wonderful organization of Women. We would love to have you join us at our next meeting. We meet every 3rd Friday (September-May) at 12pm at Burningtree County Club.

We have a fantastic program planned for our next Luncheon on Friday, January 16th at Noon at Burningtree Country Club. Please RSVP by Tuesday.

Our speaker will be Yogi Dougher, with Responsible Partners, LLC and he has an amazing presentation that will leave you feeling refreshed and excited to live in Decatur! Rachel Keith, Director of Communications for the Decatur Morgan Chamber of Commerce will be helping with the presentation, and we can’t wait to hear what’s ahead for our community!

Community Service Project:
This month we are supporting the Committee on Church Cooperation (CCC). Requested items include:
Socks or underwear (any size)
Travel-size personal hygiene items (mini lotion, bar soap, wash cloth, shampoo, body wash, toothpaste)
Cash donations are accepted as well.

Decatur Youth Symphony - Decatur, Alabama joins us for our Christmas lunch 🎼🎄

It was a wonderful third Friday at Decatur Women’s Chamber today!

We enjoyed a wonderful meal prepared by Burningtree Country Club. They had the club decorated so beautifully for Christmas.

A huge thank you to Decatur Youth Symphony - Decatur, Alabama for amazing entertainment and music today during our lunch. Jessica Clark you are awesome, thank you so much!

There was a ton of support for Hospice of the Valley as our community sponsor this month. Thank you to everyone who donated!

Our Women’s Chamber Board was the hostess this month, and we had some super cute nutcrackers as our centerpieces. Thank you ladies for all you do!

We hope to see you all next month! Bring a friend for a SWEET surprise!
