This isn’t just another summer camp.

At Decatur Makers Robotics Camp, kids dive into hands-on engineering, LEGO robotics, coding, 3D printing, AI exploration, and creative problem-solving in a real makerspace environment.

Each week includes:
⚡ Robotics challenges
⚡ Coding lessons
⚡ Theme-based building projects
⚡ 3D printing
⚡ Team collaboration
⚡ Presentations & exhibitions

Whether your kid already loves LEGO and tech — or just needs the right spark — this camp is designed to build confidence, creativity, and real STEM 🤖 Build robots. Crack coding challenges. Create awesome stuff.

At Decatur Makers Robotics Camp, kids dive into LEGO robotics, coding, 3D printing, AI, and hands-on engineering inside a real community makerspace.

Small-group camps mean plenty of support, creativity, teamwork, and time to build.

Jewelry makers, this one's for you. Join us for our new monthly Jewelry Meetup — make things, show off your work, swap tips, or just hang out.

Open to everyone 16+ (members and non-members welcome). We'll have beads and findings on hand if you want to make a pair of earrings while you're here.

Imagine a summer full of robots, building, experiments, creativity, and new friends… ☀️🤖🛠️

Crystal is running SIX awesome small-group camps this summer at Decatur Makers — and spots are already filling fast!

🤖 LEGO Explore: Robotics (ages 6–10)
⚙️ LEGO Robotics Challenges (ages 11–14)
🗽MakerLab: America 250
🍿 NEW! Camp SnackLabs inspired by Mark Rober-style experiments and builds (day rates available for this one)

📅 June + July camps
⚠️ Several camps already have limited space
🚫 One camp is already FULL
✨ All camps:
• $250/week
• 10 AM–2 PM
• Hosted at Decatur Makers

Small groups, hands-on learning, creative problem-solving, and a summer kids will remember long after camp ends.

Crystal, our intrepid Youth Programs Lead, was out in the world again last Saturday at Kids Day at CHaRM DeKalb.

Kids couldn’t get enough of the hands-on fun she brings—but this time there was a surprise collaborator… the Chick-fil-A cow 🐮✨

The cow joined in right alongside the kids (and a few goats too 🐐) to make bookmarks, explore, and take part in a full day of creative, sustainability-focused activities at CHaRM DeKalb.
