Have you gotten your tickets? Don't miss out on this one of a kind event where we have a fantastic time and raise money for elementary teachers of Wise County. Our 3rd annual Wise County Clear the List event is June 6th at the Decatur Conference Center. The impeccable Josh Weathers will be our featured entertainer this year and you're not gonna want to miss out. We have dinner, open bar and some live and silent auction items that are unlike any other event you've ever seen.

Tickets are $150 apiece and your donations can make the difference to a teacher. Last year, we gave 400 area elementary teachers gift cards for $250 that they used to stock their classrooms for your kiddos. Let's make this year even better. Some of our donated items include:

Last year, because of this community, over 400 Wise County elementary teachers received a $250 gift card to help stock their classrooms for kids.

That’s crayons.
Books.
Snacks.
Classroom supplies.
Shoes for a child who needed them.
The things teachers quietly pay for themselves every single year. Not because they have to. But because they love your kids.

This year, we want to do even more.

On June 21st, Wise County comes together again for an unforgettable night featuring:

Did you know a recent survey determined that elementary teachers in the US spend on average $1400 out of pocket throughout a school year for decorating their classrooms and providing materials for enrichment and entertainment for the kids. Help us offset that spend by attending our 3rd annual Wise County Clear the List teacher fundraiser June 6th this year. We are also actively seeking auction items as well as desserts for our dessert auction. If you have a boutique, store, provide a service, have an AirBNB or anything else we could put into our auction, reach out. Everything helps!!

We do a dessert auction during our event on June 6th so anyone who would like to donate a dessert, please sign up here and you can drop off Friday the 5th between 11-3 or Saturday the 6th from 11-5. Thank you for helping make this year our best event yet!!

Thank you for helping Wise County Clear the List Fundraiser again this year by donating a dessert for the evening. Desserts will be placed in a silent auction for guests to bid on for their table to enjoy at the event. Desserts need to be dropped off at the Decatur Conference Center between 11am-3pm...

Check out this adorable puppy that is going to be up for live auction during our 3rd annual Wise County Clear the List event to raise money for the elementary teachers of Wise County. He will be 8 weeks old and would make a great hunting dog or bff. Get your tickets now and make plans to attend. It’s June 6th at the Decatur Conference Center.

It’s getting closer and closer! Our third annual Wise County Clear the List events is set for Saturday, June 6 at the Decatur Conference Center. We have some awesome live and silent auction items, including a Kentucky Derby and The Oaks trip, an Omni spa package, and National Finals Rodeo and Wizard of Oz at The Sphere experience package and Texas Rangers tickets just name a few things.

We still have a few tables left so reach out to Shane or me to secure your spot. And if you would like to contribute anything to our live and silent auction, let us know. With community support last year we raised $150,000 and we’re able to give 400 elementary teachers in Wise County eat a gift card for $250 to offset the expenses associated with stocking their classrooms. It’s getting close to time for our annual event! Make plans to join us June 6 at the Decatur Conference Center as we raise money for Wise County elementary teachers and have a great time doing it.

We will have a dinner, open bar, live and silent auction and then a concert with the incomparable Josh Weathers. Tables are going fast. I have four sponsor tables remaining and eight regular tables. They seat 10 people and all proceeds go to benefit Wise County teachers.

Last year we were able to give 400 pre-K through fifth grade teachers in Wise County each a $250 gift card to offset the expenses related to stocking their classrooms. You’re not gonna wanna miss it this year!
