Why EsteemGirls?

Because every girl deserves a place where she can grow in confidence, discover her strengths, and know she belongs.

At EsteemGirls, a Youth Mentorship Program of Queens Esteem Inc., girls ages 9–12 build leadership skills, create meaningful friendships, serve their communities, and gain the confidence to lead with purpose.

We believe that when girls are encouraged, supported, and empowered, they become confident young women who make a positive impact wherever they go.

If you’ve been looking for a positive space where your daughter can build confidence, make new friends, and grow as a leader, I’d love to share this with you.

EsteemGirls is a youth mentorship program through Queens Esteem Inc. for girls ages 9–12 in DeKalb and Gwinnett Counties.

Girls participate in monthly Sisterhood Saturdays, Virtual Queen Chats, quarterly community service projects, and engaging leadership activities—all while building confidence, character, and lasting friendships.

At EsteemGirls, we believe every girl deserves a safe space to grow, build confidence, and discover her potential.

As a Youth Mentorship Program of Queens Esteem Inc., we’re committed to helping girls ages 9–12 develop leadership skills, form meaningful friendships, and make a positive impact in their communities.

Our program includes:

Hey village! 💜

I’m trying to get this flyer into the right hands! If you know a girl in Gwinnett or DeKalb County (ages 9–12) who could benefit from mentorship, confidence-building, leadership, and positive sisterhood, please tag her family below or send this to them.

They say it takes a village to raise a child, so I’m calling on the village today. One caring mentor, one safe space, and one supportive community can make a lifelong impact.

🌱✨ BIG THINGS ARE GROWING AT ESTEEMGIRLS! ✨👑

We’ve been working behind the scenes to create a fresh and exciting mentorship experience for girls ages 9–12, and we’re thrilled to announce our new theme for the year:

💜 GROW. GLOW. LEAD. 💜

This September, we’ll be empowering girls to:
🌱 Grow in confidence
✨ Glow with self-love and kindness
👑 Lead with purpose and courage

Our mission remains the same to inspire, encourage, and equip young girls to become the best versions of themselves while building meaningful friendships and lasting memories.

We’re excited for this new chapter and can’t wait to welcome both new and returning girls into the EsteemGirls sisterhood!
