Eugene’s Hands was inspired by my grandfather, Eugene Hightower— a man who believed that helping people was simply the right thing to do.

His kindness, compassion, and willingness to serve others continue to inspire the work we do today. Through Eugene’s Hands, his legacy lives on in every life we touch and every person we serve in our community.

As spring marches in, we’re coming together to put new sneakers and closed-toe shoes on the feet of those experiencing homelessness in Atlanta.

We are ONLY accepting sneakers and closed-toe shoes that are new or gently used. (Donation guidelines in our bio)

If you’d like to support but don’t have shoes to donate, share this post with 10 people that could and you can also make a monetary donation. Your support will help us purchase shoes for our distribution days!

Together we can help someone take their next step with dignity.

As spring marches in, we’re coming together to put new sneakers and closed-toe shoes on the feet of those experiencing homelessness in Atlanta until April 30th.

We are ONLY accepting sneakers and closed-toe shoes that are new or gently used.
