Two of our units are fully handicapped accessible, featuring walk-in showers and wheelchair accessible kitchens. Each apartment has an open floor plan between the kitchen and living rooom area. The kitchen also features a new stove and refrigerator. The bedroom has a lare closet and equipped with a pull alarm system. The bathroom features a new vanity and medicine chest. ped with the pull alarm system. Maple Villa Apartments are an income based Senior/ Disabled complex. Rent is determined on income and assets minus all out of pocket medical expenses. All utilities except phone and cable are included in the rent. A security deposit is required equaling the first month's rent. Pets are allowed at the complex with prior approval. A pet deposit of $300 is required for any animal that is approved. The Maple Villa Community Building houses the manager's office, tenant mailboxes, complex laundry room, and a large community room where we enjoy coffee and conversation during the week!
