Did you know that in Georgia, only 37 rental homes are affordable and available for every 100 extremely low-income (ELI) households? Many of the households effected by this housing gap are in the labor force, seniors, or have a disability.
According to the National Low Income Housing Coalition, Georgia needs to make 204,000 more homes affordable for extremely low-income households by expanding access to rental assistance and building deeply affordable rental homes.
