Ryan Millsap (Blackhall Studios) entered a Quiet Title Action (QTA) in 2025 in attempt to clear the title on the swapped park land and sell it. As of last week, any member of the public who used ICP can enter the QTA, thereby challenging Millsap’s claim to the land.

The Affidavit (link in bio or here: https:// bit.ly/3YGiycA) sites all pertinent legal evidence established by our citizen’s case (SRWA et al vs DeKalb County and Blackhall Studios) and cited by the Georgia Court of Appeals.
Any individual or org/entity can sign the affidavit and enter the QTA. No further action or legal council is needed to enter.
