Festival of Trees Festival of Trees is an annual fundraiser for medical research at Children's Hospital of Michigan through the Children's Foundation.

Festival of Trees, an annual benefit for the Children’s Hospital of Michigan Foundation, is a special event for the community, coordinated through volunteer efforts and dedicated to funding research into the causes and cures of childhood diseases. These philanthropic funds have been a crucial source of support for innovative pediatric research projects at the Children’s Hospital of Michigan that have advanced the science and practice of pediatric health.

On behalf of the festival of trees team, we would like to extend our warmest greetings for a healthy, happy and prosperous 2026. We are excited to be moving forward to a bigger and brighter event. This year we will be striving for excellence and assisting as many kids as possible. We will be achieving great things and reaching for the stars! Happy New Year everyone.

What an incredible event we had! Our hearts are full and we are truly grateful for everyone who helped make this year's festival a huge success. A huge thank you to our event sponsors — English Gardens, Palmer Moving Services, and The Ford Community & Performing Arts Center (City of Dearborn). Your generosity, partnership, and support helped make this event possible, and we are incredibly grateful.

Thank you to all of our other sponsors, our Holiday Heart sponsors, our wonderful Santa's, our incredible performers and presenters, our tree sponsors and special Santa tree sponsors, and our generous sweets and treats donors.

To our amazing Board of Directors, Executive committee and our awesome new Executive director Kim — you showed up, worked hard, and poured your hearts into this event. We appreciate each and every one of you.

Today marks the final day of the Festival of Trees. We still have a variety of beautiful, large trees for sale, which are featured below. The roads are being cleared, and salt trucks are on the roads. We encourage you to wear your warm coats and boots, gather your family, and visit the Ford and Community performing arts center. Our hours of operation today are until 4pm. Your support will enable us to provide children with more opportunities for play and more nights to dream.
