Can We Play Inc A healthy lifestyle help strengthen family bonds. Can We Play was birth in 2019 by mistake. In 2021 I decided to use the name to birth my non-profit.

Our mission is to provide recreational activities and educational resources that inspire and encourage families and youth to practice good physical health, thereby strengthening family bonds through fitness Can We Play Inc, a non-profit organization, will teach families how to stay active together and get outside while encouraging family cohesiveness. We will partner with other nonprofits and yout

h organization to bring awareness to mental health and physical health through fitness & sports activities. I original wanted to trademark Can I Play and my attorney had to change it to Can We Play because it was too close to another brand. It’s amazing how it all worked out. Then there was COVID-19. This is how it all got started. I started my weight loss journey in 2016 and I wanted to lose 50 pounds for my 50th birthday in 2017. As I was on that journey I notice a kid crossing the street and this kid was overweight and that brought me to tears because almost 50 set in my ways but to a kids he had a lot of life to live. I was moved to compassion to create an annual program that would focus on the health for kids and family. This gave birth to me completing and launching this vision this year 2022. I’m excited to bring this program to our communities. It is my vision that this program grows and travel all around the world.

It truly takes a village. 🦃❤️

Today, Can We Play joined forces with an incredible community organizer to pass out turkeys and bless families for the holidays. Moments like this remind me that when we come together, we can lift up an entire community.

Grateful for every volunteer, every partner, and every family we were able to touch today. This is what community looks like. This is what love in action feels like.

Today was all about love, community, and showing up for families who need it most. ❤️🦃

Can We Play partnered with an amazing community organizer to help pass out turkeys just in time for the holiday season. Seeing the smiles, the gratitude, and the unity reminded me why we do this work.

Every act of service matters. Every family fed matters. And every moment we get to stand together as a community matters.

So grateful to be part of something bigger than myself. Together, we CAN make a difference. 🙌✨

The holidays should be a time filled with love, joy, and hope but we know that for some families, this season can be difficult. ❤️

Our nonprofit is looking to bless 3 families who may need a little extra help this Christmas with gifts for the kids and essentials to make the season brighter.

🖤❤️💚 Juneteenth Celebration Highlight!

We’re so proud to have partnered with the City of California City for our Juneteenth Movie Screening Night featuring the Greenwood Ave Project Documentary. 🎬

🍲 190 Meals in 45 Minutes 🙌🏽
Today was incredible we served over 190 meals in just 45 minutes, and still didn’t have enough for everyone who came. ❤️

It’s a reminder that the need is great, but so is the heart of this community. Together with The Carter’s House and other amazing nonprofits, we showed what love in action looks like.

Let’s keep showing up, serving, and spreading hope one meal, one moment at a time. 💪🏽

🍲 Serving with Love
Today I had the opportunity to make a big pot of chili and help feed the less fortunate partnering with The Carter’s House and several amazing nonprofits who are making a real difference every day. ❤️

It’s always a blessing to come together, serve others, and remind our community that we’re all in this together. 🙌🏽
