All are invited to Dan Kaluf’s Celebration of Life Sunday, April 30th at Sandy Pines Pavilion. Service to start at 1:30pm, open-house visitation will follow from 2:30-5:30pm. We welcome all to come remember Dan, share your memories and celebrate his life the way he would want us all to.

So many have shown Dan and the Kaluf family amazing love and support over the last several years and so many want to visit.🧡 For Dan's comfort and the family's, they are trying to keep visitors to a minimum but we want you to be able to let Dan know what he means to you. We're asking if you have a funny story or crazy shenanigans with Dan(we know there are plenty😉) or would like to share your love and support with him, please write it down in a card or letter and mail it. As most of you know, the Dan Kaluf's Tee Off Fore a Cure Golf Outing has been about raising funds and awareness for a CURE for Hereditary leiomyomatosis and renal cell cancer (HLRCC). Per Dan & Jen's request we would like to update all of the wonderful supporters of this event about how Dan is doing...
🧡Dan was diagnosed with HLRCC and went through trial treatments, for a couple years at NIH. After experiencing some side effects from that treatment he was taken off the trial and changed to another form of treatment which he was able to receive closer to home at University of Chicago. Unfortunately that treatment failed to work and Dan decided to give the original treatment meds another shot. Sadly the treatment failed to work. So after exhausting all options, Dan, family and his doctors have decided to stop treatment and do everything they can to make Dan comfortable. He spent several days in the hospital getting all his meds regulated and will now be home on hospice care. We ask that you give Dan and his family time to adjust and settle in, in these coming days and pray for comfort for Dan and his family.
