We are hiring three full-time RHTP Grant and Contract Administrators to help support the day-to-day management of the Rural Health Transformation Program, including grant implementation, partner coordination, reporting, data collection, budget monitoring, compliance, and documentation.

The Grant and Contract Administrators will work closely with participating organizations to help keep grant activities, deliverables, budgets, and reporting requirements on track while providing ongoing support, follow-up, and technical assistance to partners across Northwest Florida.

We’re looking for people who are organized, self-motivated, detail-oriented, comfortable working with data and budgets, and confident communicating with outside partners. Ideal candidates will be strong communicators and self-starters who take ownership of their work, follow through, and can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
