TRADE / LMGCO INC. TRADE is a ministry of LMGCO, Inc., a 501c3 based in Arkansas. TRADE was founded in November of 2023.

Lonny’s vision began with going into Arkansas county jails and presenting various vocations or ‘TRADE’ opportunities to inmates within the ARSAT program.

We live in a world that constantly offers quick fixes for exhaustion, loneliness, stress, and pain. Scroll a little longer. Buy something else. Chase another distraction.

But so many of us aren’t actually craving more stimulation… we’re craving restoration.

What our souls need most, though, isn’t found on a screen. It’s found in the presence of God, in a walk beneath the trees, in sunlight on our skin, in laughter with people who truly know us, in movement, in rest, in fresh air, in a long drive with the windows down and worship music playing.

Healing is often less complicated than we make it. God’s design for us includes rhythms that restore our souls, not just habits that continuously distract and numb us.

Maybe today, instead of reaching for another quick dopamine hit, reach for something that actually nourishes your spirit.

Your nervous system will thank you.
