Last Thursday 10 Dequeen FFA members traveled to United Welding Institute in Pottsville to take their AWS welding certification. we got the results back and all 10 have passed!

The De Queen FFA Land Judging Team is competing in El Reno at the National Land Judging Competition! Nearly 200 teams representing 32 states are participating in this prestigious event!

First Two days of Convention have been great!

Day one:

Katie competed in the State Job Interview LDE and found out she was Southern District Champion!

Day two:

Our 3rd Overall Livestock Team received their plaque!

Kyle received his silver medal Proficiency in Agri Business!

Katie received her Silver Medal Proficiency in Poultry!

Jake received his Gold Medal Proficiency in Swine as well as State Champion!

National Chapter Recipients!

Gold Medal and State Finalist Model of Excellence!

Tomorrow we find out how Katie did, as well as Kyle, Katey, and Jake receiving State FFA degrees!

Congratulations to Kyle Williamson, who signed with UA Rich Mountain to continue his livestock judging career at the collegiate level. Kyle is the son of Ronnie & Tiffany Williamson and is a member of the De Queen FFA Livestock Judging and Show Team.
