Dear Families, my friends, there was so much I wanted to say this weekend, but it was too emotional for me.
And then... What you did at the banquet! It was so humbling for me. While I shed many tears, it was beautiful.
Yes, it was our last Retreat, we've had 22 of them, but there is no reason why we can't have small gatherings, perhaps a BBQ at the Highground this summer.
Know that you remain in my heart.
Thank you for the gifts and love. It was very generous of you:The cup, the pillow, the quilt, the bear, will be always be cherished by me.
Tim, Amy, Theo, Belle, Susie, Marty and Sharon, my precious Board, you have helped me with the Retreats over the years and they would not have been as organized without you. Thank you.
I will still communicate with you thru emails and this page, and share what needs to be shared.
You have made me a better person thru your love 🩷

She has ovarian cancer, stage 4. Prayers please.

I knew I made enough hats for the weekend... I knew I did. So I was surprised when some of you didn't get one.
I went to my car this morning... There were probably 10 more in my car! Anyone want them. Lol.
Thank you all for this weekend! How you all could keep such a surprise!!!
I love all of you! And am so happy to have such a great group of people to call "family. "
