is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit located in Daytona Beach, Florida. We serve the communities in Volusia and Flagler Counties. We provide first time Homebuyers Education Classes, HUD certified credit counseling, HUD housing counseling including default counseling, foreclosure counseling, and budget counseling. Our agency provides HUD Fair Housing education and awareness to the communities we serve.

June is National Homeownership Month. It’s a great reminder that owning a home starts long before you get the keys.

It starts with understanding how the process works, knowing your budget, and learning what resources might be available to you.

Here in Volusia and Flagler Counties, we offer first-time homebuyer education along with guidance on down payment assistance and other programs that may fit your situation. Our workshops are designed to keep things clear, practical, and easy to follow, so you can move forward feeling prepared, not overwhelmed.

In the heart of Daytona Beach, Palmetto House is Mid-Florida Housing Partnership’s transitional housing program for single adults in Volusia and Flagler Counties.

It’s a place where people can catch their breath, stabilize, and start again.

This 48-room facility offers more than a safe place to stay. Residents can stay for up to 24 months while they focus on employment, financial stability, and building life skills that support long-term independence and permanent housing.

On April 25, from 10 AM-2 PM, we’re hosting a free Housing Fair at Allen Chapel AME Church in Daytona Beach.

This event is for anyone renting, who already owns a home, or hopes to buy one in the future.

At the fair, you’ll be able to:
