Mid-Florida Housing Partnership, Inc. is a HUD approved Comprehensive Housing Counseling agency serving first time home buyers, renters and homeowners.

is a 501 (c) (3) not for profit located in Daytona Beach, Florida. We serve the communities in Volusia and Flagler Counties. We provide first time Homebuyers Education Classes, HUD certified credit counseling, HUD housing counseling including default counseling, foreclosure counseling, and budget counseling. Our agency provides HUD Fair Housing education and awareness to the communities we serve.

Transitional housing is more than a place to sleep. Residents live in shared and private rooms while working through a structured program that includes case management and goal planning, HUD-certified credit counseling, money management workshops, and housing placement assistance. The goal is always the next step: moving into safe, permanent housing.

▪️Confirm your insurance policy and your lease or mortgage documents are somewhere safe
▪️Photograph important belongings, so you have a record
▪️Write down emergency contacts, including your landlord or mortgage servicer
▪️Keep medication and identification information together
▪️Know where to find local assistance if your housing becomes unsafe or unaffordable
