Our program enables those living with a physical disability to enhance their quality of life through participation in sports and recreational activities. All ages and abilities are welcome to participate; no experience is necessary. Equipment and expert instruction are provided at no cost to the individual. Weekly activities include indoor and outdoor rowing, tennis, and bowling. Our motto is fun, fitness and friendship!
