Weather finally let up to get the Frangible Wall and Seawall cap painted. Seawall will be next and same color as building. Actually looks pretty dang good!

Drainage Trench complete.

This is called an “Infiltration Trench. “ This will run the entire length of the building and gives us more drainage capacity which spreads the water over the entire yard over a period of time. Tons of crushed shell will be placed on top of the trench to also aid in drainage. All of this keeps hydraulic pressure from building up behind the frangible and steel wall.
