Happy Monday, everyone! 🌟 Mondays can be tough, so I hope this praise report brings some light to your day and week!
Last week during King’s Kids (our Bible study program led by Cedarville students), a middle schooler shared something truly inspiring. He mentioned that he’s been reading the Bible he received from King’s Kids this past Christmas and has continued reading it every day since. He also felt convicted to share God’s word with his brothers and has been making positive changes in his life, from adjusting his language and behavior to seeking new friendships at school in order to be a positive influence.
The best part? This past week he shared that he was able to tell his friends about Jesus—friends he had at one point wanted to stay away from—and now, every evening at 5pm, they read the Bible together. They’ve accepted Christ into their hearts! 🙌 I asked him if he wanted to start journaling through his prayers and Bible reading, and he said, “Yes!”—he’s been journaling already!
We are so blessed to see God working in his life and shining His light through him. Thank you, Jesus, for entering his heart. We’re incredibly grateful for our Cedarville students who faithfully pour into these kids each week. 🥹
