Home energy use is a major sources of greenhouse gases in cities. And with an aging housing stock, Dayton has a lot of inefficient homes. So it's providing money to weatherize and repair houses.

AdaptDayton is the City’s comprehensive review of zoning regulations, zoning maps, and community engagement processes to help ensure Dayton’s zoning code is modern, effective, and aligned with current national trends.

During my campaign, we gathered in living rooms, on porches, and around kitchen tables, hosting more than 100 house parties across Dayton. Those conversations shaped the goals of this administration, and there are still so many that are unheard.
