Three women in South Africa are free from sexual exploitation today. 💛

Each was deceived by false promises of opportunities that seemed like a chance at a better life but led to years of sexual exploitation and heartbreak. Through courage and the help of a partner organization, each woman found a way out and was connected to A21’s South Africa team.

From emergency accommodation to ongoing support and recovery programs, our team walked with them on the first steps of their journey toward restoration and freedom.

This win is a reminder that freedom is possible and that every partnership, every hotline call, and every person who chooses to take action makes a difference.

Thank you for standing with us to bring freedom to women and children across the world!

In 2012, we launched as a film series with a mission to match that of Peace on Fifth 's, which is: to broaden the conversation about . Start Freedom Dayton went further calling people to action and presenting partnering opportunities by having speakers from places lincluding Freedom a la Cart and Love146 and the Ohio Governor's office to share solutions that they were actively implementing.

The project ran for 5 years and in addition to being a voice to abolition it was also a tribute to captivating movie making. We are excited to see a movie that may have been on our roster pop up.
