Gem City Groundlings

Something was unearthed with The Jewel of the Seven Stars.

And apparently, we weren’t ready to bury it.

Introducing THE GROUNDLINGS’ CRYPT — the new horror and Gothic arm of Gem City Groundlings. 🕯️

The Crypt will be home to our darker work: Gothic literature, classic horror, supernatural theatre, eerie adaptations, original works, and the wonderfully macabre side of Shakespeare.

Jewel of the Seven Stars opened the door.

This October, we’re walking through it.

🕯️ October 8: Darkness, Fate & Tragedy, free lecture series
🕯️ October 22: Spooky Sonnets with the International Peace Museum
🕯️ October 29: Something Wicked This Way Comes: Spooky Shakespeare — taking the Groundlings out of state

And this is only the beginning.

Those on our newsletter list will also begin receiving exclusive content from inside the Crypt—including material stemming from Jewel of the Seven Stars.

Some stories refuse to stay buried.

Welcome to The Groundlings’ Crypt.

Something has been brewing at GCG and if you get our newsletters you already know! Tomorrow we will be announcing on socials, and prepare for our launch, dare I say, party.

Stay tuned!

Something’s aren’t meant to stay buried and this is one of them.

It’s so dark and cold. My back feels so stiff.
I remember
Nothing
But father’s death.
And Malcolm
He was yelling my name
Oh how I love thee Malcolm
