🥍 CENTERVILLE YOUTH LACROSSE NEEDS A GIRLS DIRECTOR! 🥍

We’re looking for a new Girls Director to join our Centerville Youth Lacrosse family — and I’d love to find someone who can work alongside me this season and learn the role before taking it over!

What does the Girls Director do?
• Coordinate uniform try-ons
• Serve as the liaison between parents, coaches, and the board
• Help coordinate schedules and communication
• Help organize the year-end party and coaches’ gifts
• Help organize and attend our Try Lacrosse events
• Most importantly, help make sure our girls have an amazing experience with the program!

Here’s the reality: My daughter has officially aged out of the program, but I’ve stayed in this role because I genuinely love Centerville Youth Lacrosse, our families, and the sport of lacrosse. ❤️🥍

Now it’s time for me to find another lacrosse parent who wants to get involved! I’m looking for someone to shadow and work with me throughout this season so I can teach you everything and make the transition easy before I step away.

You do NOT have to know everything about lacrosse — you just need to care about the girls, be willing to get involved, and want to help this program continue to grow.

Interested or just want to hear more about what’s involved?

📱 Call or text me: 937-361-4497

Please share and help me find our next Girls Director! 🥍❤️
