Foster care is a beneficial and important program that provides temporary homes for children who are unable to live with their biological families. It offers a safe and nurturing environment where these children receive the care and support they need to thrive.

Foster care also provides stability and continuity in their lives, allowing them to form positive and lasting relationships with their foster families. Additionally, it allows children to maintain connections with their birth families through supervised visits and ongoing communication.

The foster care system also offers a range of services and resources to support both the children and their foster families, including counseling, educational assistance, and medical care. Overall, foster care plays a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and future success of children in need. For more information click: https://www.mhoh.org/foster-parents
