Polished Girlz The First nationwide 501c3 Volunteer Nail Artists for Special Needs or Hospitalized Girls as seen on Born to Rock, Born to Shine and Born to Serve!

The “Polished Girlz” nail teams were started by 10yo Alanna Jai Wall. Alanna wanted to combine her love of drawing, and nail design for different projects, but once glitter was added to the mix she was sold! Alanna's compassionate spirit made her want to share her talents with young ladies that were hospitalized or not feeling quite as “polished." Add a mission of hand washing, infection reduction, and a few like minded friends and the
“Polished Girlz” were born.

Polished Girlz is a beaitiful journey for me. To make Girlz with special needs feel happy makes me smile from ear to ear. I have polished this client since I was 12 years old and her family would match her outfits to whatever color I polished her nails. She cannot hear me, and I cannot speak sign language but we understand each other perfectly. ❤

Sometimes when I polish even though we are having lots of fun I look so serious. I think its just because I want to do a great job for the kids and glitter is serious business ☺. This week reminds me of how strong these girls are and how serious it is. Everyone please help me send love and prayers to two of my favorite Girlz. Both very sick and in need of a little sparkle, shine and healing.
