Yesterday we were joined by a team from Synchrony and we presented them with a partnership in action award. This was during one of their global calls. Synchrony employees continuously show up for community and for us and it was our pleasure and honor to present this to them.
They help up with our food pantry, help us get deliveries out of food to the community, helped pay to help us build a free laundry room, helped us to get pet food to give away. During the week they help us shopping for food and supplies to fill in the voids. They are the most active business we have working to understand ways in giving back.
While this is a corporate thank you the leadership locally is where this partnership in helping humanity shines. Mary, Andrew, Jen, and all the employees that come together to make a difference. If the company doesn’t support an event or it’s not in the budget local employees have chipped in to make sure there are enough seats at the table for everyone. To each of you, to anyone I may have missed a huge thank you.
