NO MATTER HOW YOU LOOK AT IT . . . . . . our boys had a great time skiing and snowboarding on Valentine’s Day!

Last Sunday Skyline Adventures had B5 up at Ski Bluewood for the day and Parwana got to go up on the chairlift with the sit ski! Thanks to Wildhorse Foundation grants we can give the opportunity to many adaptive skiers throughout the season. Also HUGE thanks to “Papa Don” the amazing Bluewood instructor and adaptive ski instructor ⛷️

First Veteran’s trip of the 2026 season! 27 Vets, 8 dependents and 5 guests. Thank you Wildhorse Foundation for the generous grant which allows us to bring veterans up all season. Thank you also to the volunteers, board members, Ski Bluewood and Columbia Basin Veterans Center.

Vets on the Slopes is back! 🎿❄️

Starting December 19th, we’re hitting the mountain for a day of connection, fresh air, and fun for our veterans. Whether you’re a seasoned skier/boarder or brand new to the snow, this is a great way to get out, recharge, and be around fellow vets.

✅ All skill levels welcome

Our students engage with dozens of local nonprofits through their work with CHE. These partner agencies raise crucial funds for their missions through the Valley Giving Guide, a major year-end giving campaign. Our team wants to highlight a few of the many worthy causes they feel passionate about:

Hi! My name is Hailey. I chose to highlight Skyline Adventures. They are an outreach program that utilizes the facilities at Bluewood in the beautiful Blue Mountains to provide skiing and snowboarding opportunities to disadvantage, high-risk youth, citizens with special needs, healing veterans, and disabled citizens. I have always enjoyed my time on the slopes and know what an amazing experience it can be. I think everyone should get the chance to get out in the snow and make lasting memories with new friends.

Skyline Adventures biggest fundraising event is upon us! From now until December 31st put your money where your heart is! Donate to the Valley Giving Guide and your gift will be boosted by a bonus pool. Your full donation goes to Skyline Adventures.
$50 pays for one participant for one day on the mountain
$100 pays for one adaptive/handicapped skier for a day of outdoor excitement
$250 gets 5 deserving healing vets out on the slopes

We already have over $10,450 raised!
