Now that the dust has settled from an action-packed six-week summer program, we want to take a moment to express our heartfelt gratitude to our many community partners whose hard work and generosity helped make the program unique and memorable for 75 Touchet Valley students. We truly couldn't do it without you!

In what has become a summer program tradition, we held "The Club Carnival" today. Older students have spent the past five weeks preparing booths, games, attractions, and goodies to present to and share with their younger counterparts. The Club was all smiles and energy (and a bit of a mess)!

The Dayton Dance Party was a blast! There was a little - or a lot - of something for everyone. Live tunes, dancing, musical instruments, fire trucks, books, and more...there was no shortage of fun to be had. Special thanks to Micah and Me , Walla Walla Kindie Music Festival , Port of Columbia , Friends of the Dayton Memorial Library , Walla Walla Symphony , YWCA Walla Walla, Columbia County Fire District #3, and Warren Community Action Fund for coming together to create a fantastic experience for our students and the community!

They don't call him Alex Zerbe: Professional Zaniac for nothin'! Club students, as well as many more young people, middle-aged people, and seasoned people had quite the experience at The Liberty Theater this afternoon. Juggling, dancing, rapping, comedy and a whole lot of high energy hijinx were on full display for all to enjoy. Alex Zerbe The Zaniac rocked it! Special thanks to Friends of the Dayton Memorial Library for sponsoring this amazing performance.

Oh man, what an incredible week! Our friends from Gesa Powerhouse Theatre treated us to a fanastic magic show by Jeki Yoo to finish up our first week of the summer program. I think it's safe to say there were a lot of blown minds at The Club today! We're still trying to figure out the Rubik's Cube trick.
