South Slavic Club of Dayton The purpose of our club is to maintain and enjoy the cultures of the area historically associated with the South Slavs. Our Zivio!

This is mostly the former Yugoslavia and now includes Bulgaria. We are strictly a social, non-political and non-profit organization and we welcome anyone with an interest in this part of the world. dancers perform every spring at A World A'Fair, the Dayton International Festival, doing a different dance suite each year, from Boznia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Montenegro, Serbia, orSlovenia.

Tomorrow is the last day for dinner reservations; here is the menu:

Hummus: pureed chickpeas flavored with white pepper, a hint of garlic, tahini, fresh lemon juice and olive oil-
Sigara Borek: feta cheese rolls-hot, flaky phyllo pastries filled with feta cheese, fresh dill and fresh parsley
Shepherd Salad: diced plum tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, bell peppers and parsley, tossed with red vinegar and olive oil
Chicken Shish Kebabs: hand-cut cubes of chicken breast, marinated in special sauce and chargrilled
Lamb Saute: cubes of lamb sauteed with tomatoes, onions, garlic, red and green peppers. Served with rice pilaf.
Homemade Turkish Bread & Dipping oil
