☕️👮‍♂️ Thanks for Coming to Coffee with Cops! 👮‍♀️☕️

We had a blast yesterday at the Premier Health YMCA for "Coffee with Cops"! Huge shoutout to our local police department for hanging out with us.

It was a great chance to chat about neighborhood safety, identity theft, and how to dodge those pesky scams.

Loved Move 2 Lose? Keep the momentum going with our 5‑week Mini Move 2 Lose program—a great jumpstart or reset! Runs from May 4 - June 7!

Congrats to our Volunteer of the Year at the Premier Health YMCA - Rolando Moore!

Rolando grew up at the YMCA, and his passion for the organization has remained strong since childhood. Although he is retired from the military, he continues to serve his community through volunteerism. Rolando is an active and engaged board member, supports the Annual Campaign, and consistently steps up whenever help is needed.

Due to weather, our YMCA location is closed today — and yes… we’re sad about it too. 😭💙 We plan to reopen on Tuesday, January 27th at 9am.

But listen… your fitness routine doesn’t have to take a snow day!
Hop on YMCA360 for hundreds of on-demand workouts, plus cooking classes and kid-friendly activities. Basically: your living room is now the Y. 🏠✨
