So thankful for Pastor David’s leadership, encouragement, and support as we continue to grow and strengthen the Kids Ministry at Eastmont!

We are incredibly thankful for each of our Kids Ministry leaders and team members who faithfully invest in our kids and families and help point the next generation to Jesus. ❤️

📣 Eastmont Campus Kids Ministry Leader & Team Member Training! 💛

We’re excited to gather our Eastmont Kids Ministry team for a time of prayer, training, encouragement, and connection as we begin a new ministry year!

📅 Sunday, August 30
⏰ 12:30–2:30 PM — after church
📍 Eastmont Fellowship Hall
🍕 Pizza provided!

This training is for anyone currently serving OR interested in serving in Kids Ministry—leaders, teachers, assistants, student helpers, Kids First Impressions/check-in, subs, and anyone background checked to serve with children and students.

We’ll cover Ministry Grid curriculum, Jellyfin, Planning Center, Babies/Preschool, Elementary, Special Needs, plus practical tips and tools to help you serve with confidence.

Come ready to learn, connect, and be encouraged as we serve together with one mission:

Tomorrow is a BIG day for our NextGen Ministries at all campuses!

Tomorrow morning, all kids and students will move to their new class for the 2026-27 school year. Postcards were mailed to families, but if you have questions, contact your leader. ***Don't forget! High School Small groups will begin meeting at 11AM this week at the Sugarcreek Campus!***

Tomorrow evening at 5pm, we will gather all over the Dayton area at various schools to pray for the new school year. Please join us as we pray for students, teachers & staff! See fbk.church/events for a list of locations and leaders.

Finally, the grand finale is our Annual Back to School Bash at Adventure Reef Waterpark in Kettering. Join us from 6:30-8:30pm for a private party for families from all three campuses. Admission is free, but please bring a non-perishable food item for our food pantry! Feel free to invite a friend...or several!
