What a wonderful way to kick off our Deaf Kids Summer Program! ☀️🏖️

Last Saturday, June 13, we had an amazing turnout at our Signing Santa on the Beach event, with approximately 45 people joining us for a fun-filled day of community, connection, and summer fun.

A heartfelt thank you to Michelle Anthony and Kristen Weaver for all of your hard work in making this event such a success. A special thank you to Jalena for the wonderful idea that helped make this event possible!

We also want to thank our board members, Deron Emmons and Teri Quellhorst, for coming out and showing their support. Your presence means so much to our community.

Thank you to everyone who attended and helped make this event such a memorable start to the summer. We had a fantastic time and can’t wait to see everyone at our upcoming Deaf Kids Summer Program events!

🎉 DCRC Summer Deaf Kids Program Presents: Get Air Trampoline Park! 🎉

Get ready to jump, bounce, and have an amazing time! Join us for an exciting afternoon of fun at Get Air Trampoline Park.

🤟 Deaf, DeafBlind, and Hard of Hearing children, KODAs (Kids of Deaf Adults), and their siblings are all welcome! This event is open to all ages, so bring the whole family for a fun-filled afternoon.

Join the Deaf Community Resource Center for our 8-Week Virtual American Sign Language (ASL) Program!

Whether you are just beginning your ASL journey or ready to build upon your existing skills, our interactive online classes provide a welcoming and engaging learning experience. All classes are taught by Deaf instructors, giving participants the opportunity to learn authentic language and gain valuable insight into Deaf culture and community.

📅 Wednesdays, July 7 – August 25
💻 Virtual Classes
💲 $80 per session

**ASL Level I:** 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Perfect for beginners with little or no prior ASL experience.

**ASL Level II:** 7:15 PM – 8:15 PM
Designed for students who have completed ASL Level I or have basic signing skills.
