First Flight Health Centers (formerly Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton) is a non-profit organization whose mission is improving lives by providing quality primary and preventive healthcare services to those in need, regardless of ability to pay. First Flight Health Centers, formerly Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD), is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 through a

collaboration between local hospital systems and Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County. We have five conveniently located offices: Alex Central, Chambersburg, Charles Drew, Corwin Nixon, and East Dayton Health Centers.

We've heard your feedback. A simpler way to schedule appointments is here!

Patients can now call (937) 461-6869 to schedule appointments at all First Flight Health Centers locations. Just click "1" to schedule with dental and "2" to schedule all other appointments.

Our updated system also includes a callback option, so you can request a return call instead of waiting on hold.

You can also continue scheduling all medical appointments, including urgent appointments, online through our website.

In observance of Labor Day, all First Flight Health Centers locations will be closed on Monday, September 7, 2026.

Our locations include:
• Alex Central
• Charles Drew
• Chambersburg
• Corwin Nixon
• East Dayton
• East Dayton Dental / First Flight Dental
• Lincoln Hill (Opening September 21, 2026)

We will reopen and resume normal operations on Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

As we continue investing in the future of healthcare access in our community, First Flight Health Centers is seeking bids for an interior renovation project at our East Dayton Health Center.

This project will transform an existing community room into a pharmacy space and includes general trades, fire protection, mechanical, and electrical work. Interested contractors and vendors are encouraged to attend the pre-bid meeting to learn more about the project and bidding requirements.

📍 Pre-Bid Meeting: September 1, 2026 at 10:00 AM East Dayton Health Center 2132 E. Third St., Dayton, OH 45403

📅 Bids Due: September 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM
