Please consider supporting House Bill 765 to make modifications to Ohio's affordable single-family home tax credit program. Affordable homeownership remains out of reach for many Ohioans due to rising construction costs, interest rates, and limited housing inventory. HB 765 helps create the financial tools necessary to increase the supply of affordable homes statewide.

Today our executive director, Norm Miozzi, provided proponent testimony in support of House Bill 765 during today’s House Development Committee meeting. HB 765 was sponsored by Rep. Andrea White and Rep. Tom Young. Thank you to the Development Committee for the opportunity to share our support of this bill.

You can share your support of this bill with your legislators! Go to https://daytonhabitat.org/how-to-help/advocate.html

County Corp lost a long time friend, contractor, and valued member of the team providing affordable housing in the Dayton area last weekend.

Rick worked with us as a contractor for nearly 20 years, helped County Corp improve the lives of our community’s residents by performing home repairs, aiding in tenant repairs/requests, landscaping, and so much more. Rick was a master of all trades. He will be sorely missed in Dayton and here at County Corp.
