Hey all,
The SW Ohio Beginners Football Course is now available for registration on my https://officials.myohsaa.org/Logon. Cost is $70!
Then there is a cost for uniform.

Pay for games is:
JH- $50 to $60 (most the time you do two games at a time)
JV- $60 to $70
Varsity- $90 to$100

Youth- $70 to $80 (most the time you do 2-4 games at a time)

It’s a great side gig, flexible and you will learn many valuable skills that will translate to any career!

The Southwest Ohio Officials Association, Greene County Football Officials Association, and Miami Valley Officials Association are excited to announce their joint class being held at Wright State University. The course will be led by Rob Cowles (SWOOA) with assistance from Daniel Palmer (GCFOA) and Drew Browning (MVOA). The course will be held on Sundays (07/18; 07/25; 08/01; 08/08; 08/15) and will meet at 1:00 PM at Wright State.

A significant portion of the rules section will be pre-recorded and students will be able to move at their own pace. Each module will include a small quiz and a written submission of three things they learned and three things not very clear. These two assessments will drive our Sunday discussion. Then our primary focus for in-person instruction can focus on mechanics and learning stations.
