Development Operations Initiative Team (DOIT) is a not-for-profit, which was created by Michael D. Manuel to introduce students to Construction, CAD design, and Community Development. Program (Building Economic Empowerment) an eight week training curriculum of combined classroom and on-site instruction. The program presents opportunities for students to learn building principles while applying th

ese principles in every day life. Students are Empowered to make life decisions to attend college, enter the workforce within the construction field or to start their own business. They are taught to bring their vision into reality.
